I'm recruiting for a wonderful shopper marketing agency that works with some brilliant FMCG and retail clients. They're on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager with strong shopper experience who can lead client relationships, shape campaign delivery and mentor more junior team members. This is a great move if you're ready to step into a role with real ownership, strategic input, and visible impact.

About the role

You’ll be a senior figure within the team, owning key client relationships and ensuring work is delivered seamlessly from briefing through to activation. You’ll support strategic thinking, manage project teams, and help grow accounts through trusted partnerships and commercial awareness.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading day-to-day senior client relationships and acting as the trusted advisor
  • Managing end-to-end delivery of shopper and retail-led campaigns
  • Collaborating with strategy, creative, insight and delivery teams to shape great work
  • Mentoring and supporting more junior Account Managers and Executives
  • Identifying opportunities to drive value and grow business
  • Keeping projects on point commercially, creatively and operationally
