They're looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive subscriber growth and loyalty.
What you'll do
- Create and deliver subscription acquisition and retention campaigns
- Manage marketing across email, web, social, partnerships and events
- Use customer insight and data to identify growth opportunities
- Test new offers, messaging and targeting to maximise performance
- Work closely with editorial, publishing and commercial teams
About you
- Experience in subscription, DTC or recurring revenue marketing
- Strong campaign management and analytical skills
- Confident across email and digital channels
- Commercially minded, collaborative and driven by results
