They’re looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to help shape outstanding digital experiences across websites, apps, intranets and portals, all driven by deep customer insight and connected data.
What They Do
This agency specialises in building exceptional digital platforms, but their real strength lies in connecting every digital touchpoint with data from sales, service, eCommerce and marketing.
This allows clients to engage customers with the right message, at exactly the right moment and to continue those conversations seamlessly across every channel and department.

- Strong understanding of data-driven CX and personalisation across digital platforms
- Experience leading strategy on multi-channel digital projects, ideally in an agency environment
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore or similar
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and hands-on attitude
What’s On Offer
- Salary up to £120,000, depending on experience
- Remote first working
- High impact projects for global clients
- A supportive, collaborative, non-hierarchical culture
- Complex, rewarding digital challenges
- The freedom to lead, influence and grow
Ready to make an impact?
If you’re a strategic thinker who understands how to connect platforms, data and customer needs and want to do it in a culture that values quality over red tape, then let’s talk.
Please note: this is an ongoing role with a retained client; response times may be delayed. Thank you in advance for your patience.
