We are excited to be working with one of the UK's most innovative studios, which is looking for a Creative EA & Operations Manager to work alongside and support the Creative Director and oversee the smooth running of an award-winning studio in Leeds.
As the Creative EA & Operations Manager within a globally recognised studio, you’ll act as the right hand to senior leadership, managing schedules, communications, and studio operations. From high-level business coordination to keeping the studio running efficiently, your impact will be felt across the organisation!
Responsibilities:- A varied role supporting senior leadership and the wider studio team
- International connections, occasional travel, and support on global projects
- A dynamic, creative environment where no two days are the same
- Manage complex scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and key events
- Oversee travel logistics with providers, including flights, accommodation, and visa arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, compile relevant materials, and draft professional documents and presentations
- Implement and refine organisational systems to enhance workflow and efficiency
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams and leadership
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring a well-organised and efficient working environment
- Support onboarding processes for new team members in collaboration with HR
- Assist in planning and executing internal events, meetings, and company-wide initiatives
- A highly organised professional with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role is a must to project manage, organise and deliver
