You’ll be a key part of technical leadership, building and deploying robust applications at speed with encouragement to utilise AI tooling not as a novelty, but as a genuine force multiplier. This is a hands-on, autonomous role for someone who cares about shipping great work, working in a forward-thinking environment and contributing to high level tech decisions.
Experience Needed:
- Background: Senior-level web development experience with a strong PHP and WordPress foundation. You use the latest in WordPress plugins, ACF etc and have a deep understanding of PHP.
- AI-Native: You live in the modern AI development ecosystem, prompting, orchestrating, and debugging alongside AI tools as standard practice.
- Full Lifecycle: You’ve successfully delivered projects across the entire SDLC.
- Mindset: Interested in building things efficiently, open to adding things to the tech stack as they evolve with a desire to build a team around them.
