We are working with one of the North's most exciting digital agencies, who are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager. They have built a genuinely brilliant reputation across performance and content, and now they are investing seriously in influencer as a core proposition. They need someone to lead it.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be one of five people doing the same thing. You’ll own the influencer function, shape how it works, and have real input into where it goes. If you’ve been waiting for the chance to build something properly rather than inherit someone else’s processes, this is worth a conversation.

What the role involves:

  • You’ll be leading influencer strategy and campaign delivery across a portfolio of clients in different sectors.
  • You’ll own the full lifecycle from creator identification and outreach through to negotiation, delivery, and reporting.
  • You’ll be building the processes and infrastructure that the wider team can grow into, so this isn’t purely execution focused.
  • You’ll develop and pitch creative campaign ideas, manage relationships with creators and talent agencies, set KPIs, analyse performance, and present clear recommendations to clients.
  • As the function grows, you’ll also play a mentoring role, and you’ll represent the agency externally at events and in industry conversations.

What we are looking for:

  • You’ll have at least five years in influencer marketing, social, or talent management, ideally on the agency side.
  • You know how to run campaigns end to end and you are confident negotiating fees, usage rights, and deliverables with both talent agencies and direct creators.
  • You have strong commercial instincts and a data informed approach to performance.
  • You can build relationships, manage multiple workstreams without losing momentum, and hold your own in a room with a senior client.
  • You are the kind of person who spots what isn’t working and does something about it rather than waiting to be asked.

If this sounds like the kind of move you have been looking for, send across your CV or drop me a message for a confidential chat.
