An award-winning digital agency entering an exciting new growth phase is looking for a Head of SEO & Organic to lead, evolve and future-proof its offering. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about modern search, organic strategy and the evolving AI landscape. You’ll take ownership of the agency’s SEO, AEO and GEO direction, leading impactful strategies that deliver measurable commercial results for a varied and exciting portfolio of B2B and consumer clients globally.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape the future of the agency’s SEO proposition, combining technical excellence, strategic thinking and innovation across traditional search, AI visibility and emerging organic channels.

The Role
  • Lead and deliver high-impact SEO, AEO and GEO strategies across a diverse client portfolio
