We're excited to be working with an award-winning digital experience agency that's entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a Head of Performance or Paid Media to take ownership of its performance offering. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery and growth, ideal for someone who wants real influence, not just oversight. The Head of Paid Media will be working across a portfolio of world-class brands, with the opportunity to shape how performance is defined, delivered and scaled within an innovative, digital agency.

Alongside owning key client relationships, you’ll contribute to new business, pitching and growth strategy, ensuring performance thinking is embedded in how the agency wins work. This is a hands-on role, not a purely strategic one.

Role Responsibilities
  • Performance Direction
    • Shape and lead cross-channel performance strategy
    • Maintain high standards of delivery across all accounts
  • Campaign Oversight (Hands-on)
    • Stay actively involved in campaign setup, optimisation and troubleshooting
    • Manage budget allocation and bidding approaches across platforms

  • Data, Tracking & Insight
    • Oversee measurement frameworks

    • Translate insight into clear actions for both clients and internal teams
