I’m working with a brilliant shopper marketing agency that partners with some brilliant FMCG and retail-led brands to deliver insight-driven, in-store and omnichannel campaigns. They’re now looking for an Account Manager who knows how to manage clients, juggle projects and keep campaigns moving. This role would suit someone who enjoys being client-facing, understands the shopper journey, and likes seeing work come to life from brief through to delivery.

You’ll be the day-to-day contact for a mix of clients, managing briefs, timelines and internal teams to make sure shopper campaigns are delivered smoothly. You’ll work closely with strategy, creative and delivery teams, keeping clients informed and confident throughout.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing day-to-day client relationships and being the main point of contact
  • Owning briefs, timelines and budgets across shopper and retail-led campaigns
  • Coordinating internal teams to keep projects on track
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated shopper campaigns
