We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Intern to join our growing and vibrant team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed to help someone at the start of their career take their first step into the world of film marketing and post-production, regardless of background or prior experience. The internship is a structured 4-month programme, combining core office responsibilities with guided exposure across ZEALOT’s creative and production teams. The role focuses on building confidence, practical workplace skills and a strong understanding of how a busy creative agency operates.

As Office Intern, you will support our Operations team in the day-to-day running of the office, helping to keep everything running smoothly while gaining hands-on exposure to how marketing campaigns for major film and TV releases come together. You’ll play a key role in maintaining an organised, welcoming office environment, while also having the opportunity to shadow and assist teams across multiple departments: Production, Design, Finishing, Audio and Print.

Responsibilities include:

  • Getting stuck into team initiatives and office life
  • Being the friendly face of reception and front of house
  • Spending time with exciting teams across Production, Design, Finishing, Audio and Print
  • Supporting creative teams with research, references, ideas and light assistance where appropriate
  • Assisting with day-to-day admin and supporting the running of the office
  • Jumping into ad hoc tasks and errands when needed
  • Joining team committees and assisting with events

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be proactive, friendly and keen to get stuck into a wide range of tasks
  • Have a positive attitude and stay calm in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Be enthusiastic and eager to learn how creative and production teams work
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues, visitors and clients
  • Take pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly

This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, personable, motivated and excited by the idea of working within a world-class creative agency in film/TV. You'll gain hands-on experience, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their career and take on more responsibility over time.

Salary: £26,500 per annum, pro rata for the 4-month contract, paid monthly

This is an entry-level role and no prior industry experience is required.

Benefits include:

  • Regular training opportunities for career growth
  • Access to Headspace for meditation and mindfulness
  • Confidential mental health support via Solas Mind
  • Monthly team socials
  • Friday lunch provided

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am till 6:30pm (including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break) and for the occasional late working there is a fair lieu day policy in place.

As part of your application, please provide the following by Friday 29th May:

  • Your CV
  • A short cover letter written in your own words
  • Either: a link to a short video discussing your favourite trailer, poster or campaign; or a short written piece, approximately half a page, on the same topic

We know AI tools can be useful, but for this application we’re really interested in hearing your own voice, ideas and perspective. Please make sure your cover letter and response feel personal to you, rather than submitting AI-generated answers.

Please note, this role is onsite only, so candidates must be able to commute to our Soho office and be legally able to work in the UK. ZEALOT UK is an Equal Opportunities Employer, committed to diversity, inclusion and equality. Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
