- + Build the operating foundation for Zealot's UK presence across offices, vendors, recruiting, travel, and customer logistics.
- + Run high-priority projects end-to-end with clear owners, deadlines, and follow-through
- + Coordinate closely with the US team while becoming the dependable local point of contact for UK activity.
- + Create lightweight systems that preserve speed as the team and customer base grow.
- + Several years of high-ownership operations experience in a startup, technical company, or similarly demanding environment.
- + Excellent judgement, attention to detail, and written communication.
- + Ability to manage sensitive work discreetly and reliably.
- + Based in the United Kingdom with flexibility for regular in-person work and travel.
