The Role:

An early-stage international outsourcing business is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts / Creditors Clerk. This role supports the financial back-office of clients, helping manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor communications, and credit control. Minimal experience is required, and training will be provided. You will play a key role in keeping client accounts accurate, reconciling statements, assisting with reporting, and supporting overall finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update accounts payable records and vendor information
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with chasing outstanding payments and managing aged debt
  • Respond to accounts payable inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Support management with reporting and audit preparation
