We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our growing team at Zeal. If you love all things paid media, thrive on driving results, and want to work in a supportive, ambitious, and collaborative agency — this could be the perfect role for you.
As a key member of our Client Performance team, you’ll manage and optimise paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and streaming media.
You’ll be hands-on with delivery, reporting, and client relationships — helping our clients grow, while levelling up your own skills in a fast-moving, supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with our Paid Media Managers to deliver best-in-class paid media campaigns.
- Helping manage budgets, spends, bids and optimisations across multiple platforms.
- Analysing data and creating thoughtful, actionable reports for client presentations and meetings.
- Running audits, prospective client analysis, and supporting new business pitches.
- Building relationships and communicating with clients — being proactive, approachable, and results-driven.
- Collaborating with the wider Zeal team to deliver integrated, joined-up campaigns.
- Tracking activity using a variety of tools and reports and keeping on top of industry trends.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years’ experience managing paid media accounts (we’re especially keen on paid social).
- A working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Experience working with client budgets and delivering against multiple KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly, make smart decisions, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills, able to build great relationships with both colleagues and clients.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a real understanding of client goals and how to achieve them.
- A good grasp of the wider digital marketing industry and performance marketing landscape.
