Site Manager Freelance CIS Northampton £220 daily Ongoing until December Zeal Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large scale dilapidation project in Northampton The Site Manager duties will be: • Management and co-ordination of all contractors, both direct and sub-contract • Site inductions and toolbox talks • Ensuring trades have all materials required to complete works • Monitor attendance and punctuality of workers • Upholding and enforcing company Health & Safety policy, company procedures and practices. • Direct report Labourer • Communicating with clients about project progress • Liaising with Director about the progress of the project, including any issues that may have an impact on timelines • Making sure works are being completed within the specified timeframe and programme of works are being achieved • Instructing workers on site of daily objectives • Conduct regular inspections on-site to make everything is as it should be including PPE requirements are being adhered to. • Encourage and mentor workers on site • Working alongside site trades and sub-contractors • Any other duties assigned As a Site Manager you will need: • SMSTS – compulsory • CSCS card • First Aid • Valid driving licence Please speak to Becky and send your CV to (url removed) or call the office on (phone number removed) to discuss your application with a view to getting you started (subject to experience and telephone interview) Zeal Recruitment are acting as an Employment Agency of behalf of the client, we offer both temporary and permanent placements to clients within the Construction industry to include, M&E, Building Services, Construction of onsite and offsite, Trades & Labour and office support.
