Builder/Multi-Trade Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum Location: UK Wide, extensive travel required Accommodation: Digs provided Additional Benefits: Food allowance CSCS Requirement: Blue CSCS Card minimum The Role Zeal Recruitment is working with an established construction business looking for an experienced Builder / Multi-Trade to join their team on a UK-wide basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who is confident working across multiple disciplines and is happy to travel throughout the UK. You will work on a variety of projects and will report directly to the Director of the business, playing an important role in delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities • Carry out a wide range of building and multi-trade works across UK-wide projects. • Undertake roofing, carpentry and plastering works to a high standard. • Complete repairs, maintenance and general building works as required. • Read and work from drawings and project specifications where required. • Maintain a high standard of workmanship, professionalism and health safety. • Work independently and as part of a wider team. • Travel to sites throughout the UK as required. • Communicate effectively with the Director and other site personnel. • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
