The role: ZEAL operates in a highly complex and dynamic regulatory environment that directly shapes our businesses, markets, and competitive landscape. As Regulatory Compliance & Licensing Manager (f/m/x), you will play a key role in protecting and enabling the growth of our European business – both strategically and operationally.
Your tasks:
- Analyze gambling regulation and general legislation across multiple European markets
- Lead and manage local licensing processes for new and existing business activities in Europe
- Act as a key point of contact for regulators and authorities
- Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams (product, marketing, engineering) to enable the launch of new products, features, and campaigns
- Protect existing licenses by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance
What you offer us:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in public policy, legal, or regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industry, law firm, auditing firm, or consultancy
- Academic background in law, economics, or a related field
- Demonstrable interest in developing legal solutions to regulatory and commercial challenges
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into business-friendly language
- Solution-oriented and execution-driven mindset
