About the Role:
We\’re looking for an EA to CEO who will streamline executive operations, manage key projects, and ensure the CEO\’s time is optimally utilized and contribute to enhancing organizational efficiency and achieving strategic goals. In this role, you\’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact initiatives, improve communication across teams, and play a pivotal role in driving organizational success.
Performance Profile:
Your success in this role will be defined by achieving these outcomes in the first 6-12 months:
- Optimize Executive Efficiency: Develop and follow an effective time management methodology for the CEO, ensuring 100% of high-priority tasks are completed on time
- Enhance Communication: Establish streamlined communication protocols between the CEO and key stakeholders, reducing response times by 25%
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Successfully coordinate and deliver high-priority projects or initiatives 99% within deadlines and budget, contributing directly to organizational growth
Requirements:
- Full proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Bachelor\’s degree is a must. Master\’s degree or graduating from QS top 100 universities is a plus
- At least 2-year experience in administration or project management role
- Ability to be flexible, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Sound writing ability and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Data analysis skill is a plus
