What you will be doing:
- Research for potential clients to build a database of leads.
- Provide impressive client onboarding journey and high-quality service and product information to customers to satisfy their changing financial needs.
- Interact with customers through various channels such as phone call, emails, live chat to address customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Explore business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships by sharing our product training.
- Present up-to-date market insights to our prestigious clients.
- Analyse the financial needs of a diverse range of customers from mass-market to high-net-worth segments, both locally and internationally.
- Perform in accordance with key performance metrics and contribute as a strong team player.
What do you need:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development for Forex/Financial industry.
- Diploma/High Diploma/associate or bachelor’s Degree holder of business-related discipline.
- Fluent in verbal & written English and Chinese; native Mandarin speaker or well understanding of the China market will be an advantage.
- Passion for acquiring new business knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter and fast learner.
- Able to multi-task, good follow-through, problem-solving skills, good comprehension, customer relations, and proactive mindset.
- Fresh graduates can be considered as Trainee.
- IANG visa holders are welcomed.
