Cheezee Global is looking for a driven and analytical Operations Manager to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. At Cheezee Global, a subsidiary of Tradev Markets Limited Group, we are transforming the future of global payments through innovative crypto C2C and OTC payment solutions. With headquarters in Cyprus and a service center in Dubai, we support clients across 20+ countries and key markets including India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Brazil. Having secured our first crypto license, we are now scaling toward our vision of becoming one of the world’s leading money and cryptocurrency exchange gateways.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations, drive data-backed improvements, and collaborate across teams to strengthen business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage day-to-day operational activities efficiently
- Collect, maintain, and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational and business targets
