We are partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand group to hire a Performance Marketing Manager who will take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple digital-first brands. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing significant paid media budgets, driving profitable customer acquisition, and continuously improving performance across the full funnel.
The Role
You will own the strategy and day-to-day performance of paid media channels, ensuring investment is deployed effectively to drive scalable growth. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across key digital channels
- Overseeing and forecasting a substantial media budget
- Developing testing frameworks across audiences, creatives and landing pages
- Working closely with ecommerce, CRM and brand teams to optimise the full customer journey
- Managing external agencies and holding partners accountable for performance
