The Opportunity

A high growth, international technology business is seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive and senior leadership group.

This is a pivotal role within a founder-led organisation operating at global scale. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, providing structure, clarity, and leverage while ensuring the wider leadership team operates efficiently and in alignment.

This position will suit someone who combines exceptional organisational capability with sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and absolute discretion. You will be comfortable operating at pace, anticipating needs, and managing sensitive matters with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO and senior leaders, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and inbox oversight
  • Manage international travel planning across multiple time zones with precision and attention to detail
  • Prepare high quality briefing documents, presentations, and meeting materials for internal and external engagements
  • Coordinate internal events such as leadership sessions, company-wide meetings, and offsite gatherings
  • Act as a professional and trusted point of contact between the CEO and key internal or external stakeholders
  • Support selected strategic initiatives through light project coordination and cross-functional follow-up
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest standards of integrity and discretion

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of four yearsโ€™ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced technology or growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organised, dependable, and comfortable working remotely with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistently high standards of work
  • Naturally proactive, with the ability to anticipate issues and act ahead of time
  • Confident using Google Workspace tools including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. Experience with modern documentation or knowledge tools is advantageous
  • Adaptable, curious, and quick to learn new systems and ways of working
  • Willing and able to attend in-person meetings in London periodically and travel internationally approximately ten times per year, primarily within Europe with occasional trips to the United States

What Is Offered

  • Remote working with flexibility and autonomy
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity participation
  • Access to premium coworking spaces
  • Regular team gatherings and international offsites
  • Close exposure to senior decision-making within a respected and ambitious leadership team
  • A professional, inclusive, and internationally diverse working environment

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to work in close partnership with a high-performing, founder-led leadership team in a business operating at meaningful scale.

If you are an experienced Executive Assistant who values trust, discretion, and responsibility, and who takes pride in enabling senior leaders to perform at their best, this role offers both challenge and long-term opportunity.
