As a Senior Deal Manager, you will lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of complex, high-value, strategic deals. Operating at the centre of each opportunity, you will align cross-functional stakeholders, shape commercial strategy, and drive clear, outcome-focused execution. You will combine strong market awareness, commercial instinct, and financial acumen to structure competitive deals, simplify complexity, and deliver results in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from bid sign-on through submission, approval, and contract negotiation.
- Act as the deal architect, partnering with go-to-market teams to define commercial structures, shape bid strategy, and improve win rates while balancing growth, profitability, risk, and market dynamics.
- Own and drive bid management, ensuring pace, structure, and quality across all stages.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Product, Operations, Pre-Sales, Finance), aligning priorities and enabling effective decision-making.
- Structure and simplify complex deals, synthesizing inputs into clear, actionable strategies.
- Own pricing strategy and positioning, developing competitive offers, including bundles and tailored commercial constructs.
- Apply strong understanding of the competitive landscape to shape differentiated deal positioning.
- Own governance and approvals, ensuring compliance while maintaining deal momentum.
- Lead contract negotiations, aligning commercial intent with contractual commitments.
- Own deal financials and modelling, optimising structures to maximise profitability and long-term value.
- Identify and manage commercial, financial, and contractual risks proactively.
