As a Senior Deal Manager, you will lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of complex, high-value, strategic deals.

Operating at the centre of each opportunity, you will align cross-functional stakeholders, shape commercial strategy, and drive clear, outcome-focused execution.

You will combine strong market awareness, commercial instinct, and financial acumen to structure competitive deals, simplify complexity, and deliver results in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in telecom or strong understanding of telecom products and solutions.
  • Proven track record leading complex, high-value deals, including bids and negotiations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in pricing and deal modelling. Understanding of competitive positioning across products and geographies.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive structured decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
