The position is primarily responsible for providing essential support to the European Operations Teams in terms of performing daily administrative duties, managing budgets, forecasts and contractor finances, and compiling performance reports.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting calendars to support the Operations Team
- Assist with the management of contractor payments and receipting of invoices on Salesforce
- Raise and track contractor and vendor project purchase orders
- Schedule and attend regular contractor meetings for budgeting and invoicing updates
- Work closely with Zayo finance to manage third‑party invoice payments
- Assist in compiling reports from the project / purchase order database
- Develop and maintain reports on contractor workloads and deliverables
- Assist with the management of Operations Streetworks registers and licenses for contractors
Qualifications
- General understanding of the Telecoms Industry would be preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Computer literate – Word, Excel, Google documents, Google Drives
- Proactive, self‑motivated and a team player
- Effective communication at all levels
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast‑moving environment and manage demands on time
- Good organisational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
