Company Zayo Europe is a standalone company focused on delivering fast, reliable, and scalable fibre network infrastructure across Europe. We are seeking a motivated and organised intern to join our HR team in London.

About the Internship

The role will support Compensation and Learning & Development functions, providing hands‑on experience across core HR activities and projects in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with compensation data analysis and reporting.
  • Supporting administrative tasks related to compensation processes.
  • Helping with job description reviews and updates.
  • Coordinating training sessions, sending invitations, and tracking attendance.
  • Reporting on learning activity and engagement.
  • Uploading, organising and maintaining training content (videos, transcripts and process guides) within the internal learning library.
  • Tracking training topics, contributors and progress.
  • Managing and updating HR content and documentation on SharePoint.
  • Reviewing materials for consistency, structure and quality.
  • Supporting internal HR communications.
  • Creating reports using Excel and internal systems.
  • Providing general HR administration and project support.

Qualifications

  • Student or recent graduate with an interest in Human Resources.
  • Strong Excel and systems skills; comfortable working with data.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn.
