We’re looking for a motivated and organised intern to join our HR team in London. This role will focus on supporting Compensation and Learning & Development, giving you hands‑on experience across core HR activities and projects. You’ll work closely with the HR team to support data, systems, internal communications and employee development initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a fast‑paced, international business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting compensation activities, including:
- Assisting with data analysis and reporting
- Supporting administrative tasks linked to compensation processes
- Assisting with job description reviews and updates
- Supporting Learning & Development activities, including:
- Coordinating training sessions, sending invitations and tracking attendance
- Reporting on learning activity and engagement
- Supporting the upload, organisation and maintenance of training content (videos, transcripts and process guides) within the internal learning library
- Tracking training topics, contributors and progress
- Managing and updating HR content and documentation:
- Reviewing and improving documents stored on SharePoint
- Reviewing materials for consistency, structure and quality
- Supporting internal HR communications
- Supporting HR systems and data management:
- Creating reports using Excel and internal systems
- Supporting the team with general HR administration and project work
