Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the Network Operations Team
  • Respond to incoming telephone and e‑mail requests from customers, Zayo team, and 3rd parties
  • Raise and process tickets – Access, Trouble and Maintenance
  • Arrange and coordinate access to Zayo and 3rd‑party sites
  • Manage and coordinate ticket queue
