Zayo Europe is looking for a proactive and motivated Business Analyst Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to kick-start their career and contribute to impactful projects that drive business success. Please note that this is an apprenticeship position and therefore anyone with more than six months professional experience working in a data role or who holds a degree or masters degree in a subject such as Data Science will not be eligible. Duties And Responsibilities Assist in gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements to process improvements from stakeholders Support the evaluation of changes and their impacts. Help analyse data quality and integrity Learn all the various roles within the team Supporting the Business Analyst or leading on small change initiatives. Assist with the development of business cases. Documenting functional and non-functional requirements Documenting and analysing current processes and identifying opportunities to make improvements. Presenting information appropriate to the audience; technical and non-technical, to ensure requirements and solutions are understood. Qualification Requirements Strong analytical skills: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make sound recommendations Attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines Strong work ethic and ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships. Ability to follow instructions, to work both independently and as part of a team. Possess a keen attitude, a willingness to learn.
