Key Job Responsibilities:
- Complete Zaxby's University training for FOH and BOH.
- Maintain training current as new training is released.
- Complete understanding of Zaxby’s menu.
- Ensure customers receive the correct meal items.
- Taking guest orders, accepting payment for guest orders.
- Prep responsibilities include food preparation and meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean work area, dishes, floor mopping, and trash removal.
- Reports directly to General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests.
