The role

We are looking for a Clinical Doctor with fluent English and French language skills to join us as a Clinical Lead and help us expand our obesity management services, as well as other services.

The ideal candidate will be UK-based, ideally a qualified Endocrinologist, or a GP with postgraduate studies in Obesity Management and Nutrition.

To succeed in this position you’ll need to be GMC registered and either be IMC registered or happy to go through the IMC registration process with our full support.

Role responsibilities:

What can you expect from working with us?

  • Cross-Company Collaboration: To ensure our patients receive the best care, you will work closely with our Patient Care team to ensure patients receive the best possible experience. You will also get opportunities to collaborate with the Service Expansion team, Product Development, User Research, Public Relations, Marketing, and IT to guarantee our platform remains safe, relevant, and easy to use.

Day-to-day the work will encompass:

  • Service Expansion: Working alongside the Chief Medical Officer and the Clinical Lead for service expansion, you will help launch new services that meet our patients’ healthcare needs.
  • Patient consultations: Using our asynchronous online platform, you will clinically review and assess each patient consultation, answer clinical patient messages and if safe, prescribe medication or give advice in line with ZAVA guidelines. You will also work closely daily with our Patient Care Team.
  • Review of current practice: To ensure our clinical practice and guidance is safe, up-to-date, and of the highest standard, you will work with your team to update existing medical guidelines and improve the patient journey.
  • French and English language Public Relations and Marketing: When necessary, review PR and Marketing collateral to check clinical content is accurate and up-to-date.
