At Zatori, we are the search partner of choice for several firms in the DB pensions space. One of our clients is continuing to grow their Pensions Administration team and is looking to appoint a Senior Pension Administrator to a specialist client-facing team that looks after a range of small to medium-sized DB schemes. To be clear, this isn’t a sales role disguised as something else. The firm has an exceptional track record for being one of the most quality focussed pension administration teams and this role is at the heart of that. This is one of those unique positions where an individual can utilise the DB experience they have to date and put it to good use within a client-centric environment.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, delivering a high-quality and accurate service
- Attend client meetings, presenting and discussing administration matters
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting them on scheme-related queries
- Prepare and review client-facing reports, including quarterly stewardship reporting
- Handle queries or concerns effectively, providing solutions and minimising escalation

- Strong technical knowledge of DB and DC occupational pension schemes
- Ability to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence
