We are looking for individuals who want to make a real difference to individuals' lives at retirement. Our client has an excellent reputation over the decades for providing a member-focused service within the SIPP space. You will have heard of them but they aren’t a run-of-the-mill SIPP provider and that’s what makes them an exciting place to join, they are growing at an impressive rate.

They are seeking to appoint a pensions specialist who has a background from the financial services, wealth management or SIPP space. Perhaps you have worked in wealth management, understand pensions but want to help individuals rather than provide formal advice? This would fit perfectly. This role takes an advice-focused approach. Yes, ideally they want you to have RO4 but more than that, they want you to care about individuals and getting them the best outcomes you can within their frameworks.

This is all done by offering 1-1 guidance sessions to members of their schemes. The role is simple: make the complex, simple. Emotional intelligence, stakeholder management and knowledge of pensions legislation is key. If you don’t know what a pensions allowance is and how it can be accumulated, perhaps this isn’t the one for you.

The package is genuinely good (great pensions, strong bonus and good salaries), they offer a hybrid working pattern ensuring you can integrate into the team quickly and the progression is proven.

If you have over 5 years background in wealth management or SIPPs and this sounds interesting, please do apply and we will come back to you as soon as we can.
