We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architectural Technical Officer (ATO) to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure architectural designs are accurately translated into technical drawings, fully compliant with local codes, and well-coordinated with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
The ATO plays a key role in bridging design intent and on-site execution, supporting projects from early documentation to construction and completion.
Key Responsibilities- Take charge of technical compliance for Authority submissions
- Preparation of compliance documents
- Manage the CORENET interface for all submissions
- Liaise with relevant Authority personnel, Consultants and Architects
- Provide technical support to project team
- Manage and control revisions of construction documentation, assist with project document, drawing production, and coordination tasks
- Familiar with BIM
- Diploma or equivalent in Architecture/ Building Construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience in BIM and Revit will be an added advantage
- Construction drawing skills
- Self-motivated, organised and enthusiastic
- Team player and independent
- Junior and Senior positions are available
Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred
