Architectural Designer

Job Description

• Meeting with clients and other stakeholders to agree on the project brief;
• Preparing design proposals using computer-aided design and traditional drawing methods;
• Understanding how the design aspects of a construction project influence and relate to performance and functional issues,
• Coordinating with appropriate authorities to obtain statutory approval;
• Coordinating with the various consultants on the project team;
• Obtaining feedback on work in progress and finished results from clients;
• Assist onsite Inspection during construction to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all design documents;

Qualifications:

• Good working attitude, proactive and conscientious.
• Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture.
• Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment with good working attitude, proactive and conscientious.
• Knowledge of architectural details and working drawingsFamiliarity with Singapore\’s building regulations, zoning laws, and construction practices is crucial.
• Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programs such as Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
