We are seeking energetic and customer focused individuals for a Christmas casual position for our Bourke Street, Doncaster, Highpoint & Chadstone stores during our busy seasonal period. This role is fixed term and will run from Mid‑October 2025 – Mid‑January 2026. As a seasonal role, hours may vary and candidates should be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

The Role
- Greet, welcome and interact with all customers, providing assistance whenever required
- Provide an exceptional customer experience when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk
- Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand
- Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment
About You
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Cash handling & POS experience a plus
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet in a busy environment
- Positive can‑do attitude and ability to work as a team
- Appreciation for fashion & product
- Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends
