What you’ll do

As Product Manager, you'll own the commercial performance of your department, ensuring the right product is available at the right time and presented in the most impactful way.

  • Drive commercial performance
  • Analyse sales performance and trading reports to identify opportunities and priorities.
  • Turn insights into clear actions that improve sales, availability and customer experience.
  • Manage product performance through strong decisions around newness, replenishment and best sellers.
  • Monitor results and quickly adapt plans to changing trading conditions.
  • Deliver exceptional product presentation
  • Lead the implementation of new collections and product launches.
  • Ensure merchandising standards reflect company guidelines and commercial priorities.
  • Create an easy-to-shop customer journey through strong product stories, outfitting and presentation.
  • React to customer shopping habits and trading trends to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Manage stock and availability
  • Maintain strong product availability through effective stock management and replenishment routines.
  • Partner closely with Operations teams to ensure efficient deliveries, returns and warehouse processes.
  • Maintain an organised stockroom that supports speed, efficiency and excellent standards.
  • Lead and develop your team
  • Coach and motivate your team through daily leadership on the shop floor.
  • Support onboarding and development of new team members.
  • Identify and develop future talent, building succession within the store.
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver a great customer experience
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Use product knowledge, fashion awareness and technology to help customers find the right solutions.
  • Ensure the team is informed and confident about new arrivals, trends and key products.

What we're looking for

  • Previous fashion retail experience in a commercial, merchandising, trading or product-focused role.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyse reports and performance data.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and make decisions with pace and confidence.
  • Passion for fashion, product and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
