As a Stockroom Manager, you are accountable for supporting the day to day running of the store operations, balancing your time between the stockroom and shop floor. Ensuring a smooth and efficient stock flow between the back of house and shop floor that maximises sales.

The Role
- Monitor and support the organisation of the store's stockroom and shop floor replenishment process
- Manage and improve delivery procedures to enhance optimisation
- Support in the analysis of data to improve KPI's and minimise stock loss
- Conduct regular inventories in line with company procedures
- Motivate, encourage, and inspire your team to succeed
- Ensure a high level of customer experience
- Support and provide a safe and healthy work environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and any form of inappropriate behaviour for all participants within the workplace
About You
- 2 or more years warehouse / stock inventory experience in the retail industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage a large team and good time management skills
- Strong organisational skills with an attention to details
- An interest in inventory management and processes
- Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
- The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
- Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
