At Zara, our stores are where the action happens. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the commercial performance of a key product area in our Reading store—someone who is hands-on, commercially sharp and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Product Manager, you will own your department’s performance—translating product, customer and trading insight into clear, fast actions on the shop floor.
- Read and act on commercial reports—identify opportunities, risks and priorities.
- Maintain floor layout aligned with company guidelines and commercial priorities.
- Partner closely with operations on deliveries, replenishment and reporting.
- Maintain an organised and commercial back-of-house.
