As an Operations Supervisor you are accountable in supporting the day to day running of the store operations, balancing your time between the stockroom and shop floor.

The Role
- Monitor and support the organization of the store's stockroom and shop floor replenishment process
- Manage and improve delivery procedures
- Motivate, encourage, and inspire your team
- Support in the analysis of data to improve KPI's and minimize stock loss
- Ensure a high level of customer service
About You
- 2 or more years warehouse / stock inventory experience in the retail industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage a large team and good time management skills
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to details
- An interest in inventory management and processes
- Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
- The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
