As a Store Operations Specialist at Inditex, you are responsible for ensuring efficient stock management and operational excellence to support sales performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, optimising replenishment processes, and supporting the team during busy trading periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Stock Management
    • Oversee stockroom organisation and ensure accurate inventory control.
    • Manage stock flow from delivery to shop floor, prioritising fast-moving items.
    • Conduct regular stock checks to minimise discrepancies and prevent out-of-stock situations.
    • Support loss prevention and maintain operational standards.
  • Commercial Support
    • Use sales and stock data to prioritise replenishment and maximise product availability.
    • Monitor bestsellers and ensure timely floor replenishment to drive sales.
    • Identify opportunities to improve sell-through and operational efficiency.
  • Team & Customer Support
    • Collaborate closely with management and shop floor teams.
    • Support fitting rooms, tills, and customer service during peak periods.
    • Communicate clearly to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience & Profile

  • Experience in retail operations or stock management preferred.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
