We’re looking for a commercially driven, people-focused Section Manager to join our team at ZARA. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own area within a fast-paced, high-volume store — driving performance through product, team and customer experience.
About the Role
As a Section Manager, you are the commercial leader of your section. You will drive sales, standards and service while developing a confident, high-performing team that delivers at pace. You’ll be hands-on, leading from the shop floor, using insight and instinct to make decisions quickly and effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial Leadership
- Own sales, productivity and KPIs for your section
- Analyse product and performance data to identify opportunities
- React quickly to trading patterns and customer demand
- Ensure strong product availability through stock and replenishment routines
