Responsibilities
- Process delivery efficiently aligning with target productivity.
- Maintain excellent stockroom standards, process overstock in correct order following company guidelines.
- Ensure replenishment is actioned accurately and timely.
- Scan delivery products thoroughly through RFID, accounting for discrepancies.
- Continuously develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store.
- Maintain store electronic devices, telephones, iPods and bluebird devices.
- Act as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability project.
Qualifications
- Passionate about fashion and customer service.
- Track record of managing operations and people.
- Strong understanding of customer service in fast-paced environments.
