The role involves delivering a thoughtful, high-quality customer experience through strong product knowledge and attention to detail. You’ll support customers with styling ideas, product guidance and practical advice, while also keeping the shopfloor looking beautiful, well-stocked and easy to shop. This is a 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent role depending on business needs and performance.

  • Like learning about product and can build strong product knowledge (materials, care, use, gifting)

What you’ll do:

  • Support customers with a more hands-on approach: listening, advising and helping them choose the right products
  • Build and use product knowledge to answer questions confidently (materials, care, function, styling)
  • Keep the shopfloor organised, well-presented and inspiring, with strong attention to detail
  • Replenish and maintain stock availability across key areas and seasonal displays
  • Work across shopfloor, stockroom, deliveries and tills as needed
  • Follow procedures and routines to keep operations smooth and everyone safe
  • Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives

Availability & flexibility:

  • Weekend work is part of retail and required, depending on contracted hours
  • Your availability is agreed before you start and is expected to remain consistent once in role
  • This role may include early mornings, late finishes and busy trading periods
