Zappit is a fast-growing tech disruptor in the promotional marketing space, enabling well known household FMCG brands to distribute mobile coupons via any digital channel which can then be redeemed at major supermarkets. Our solution drives footfall to stores, generates incremental sales, and captures 1st party data for brands. We have an enviable client list including Unilever, P&G, Budweiser, Colgate, and Costa Coffee to name just a few. We are embarking on an exciting growth phase and looking to recruit a Client Success Executive to help set up, manage and report on campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day communications with our clients either independently, or collaboratively with the client success manager, to exceed their expectations.
  • Offer and present new and innovative solutions to meet our clients marketing objectives.
  • Become the ‘go to’ person for our clients on all matters related to campaign set-up delivery, through to the post campaign report.
  • Interact with clients via online meetings, email, calls, and from time to time in person.
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPI metrics.
  • Work closely with the sales team to define weekly client objectives for booked campaigns.
  • Run performance reports and data admin using our CMS dashboard.
  • Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients to increase campaign revenue.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • 2+ years in similar campaign delivery role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and time management skills.
  • Confidently numerate, capable with creating and analysing Excel documents.
  • Confident presenter. Must have hands on experience creating PowerPoint [or similar] presentations.

This role can largely be performed remotely, although there is a requirement to travel for regular team meetings [London approx 2x per month] as well as face to face meetings with clients in the UK from time to time.
