Location: Southampton, UK. Full time, office-based. Salary £27,500 – £32,500 base, with commission. Achievement of 50 credits increases salary to £40,000 pro rata for that month, plus any commission earned. Expected realistic on‑target earnings (OTE) of £60,000.

Your role is pivotal in achieving daily KPIs, setting up appointments, and optimising sales opportunities through effective telephone communication and goal‑oriented strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Vigorously pursue and exceed set goals and objectives to contribute to overall sales success.
  • Place phone calls to potential customers, generating valuable leads for the business.
  • Set appointments with prospective customers through respectful and polite communication.
  • Maintain information within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date data.
  • Confirm all booked appointments 48 hours prior to the meeting.
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Management team and Sales Administrators to ensure the diary is full of sales‑ready opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM system.
  • EMS is a plus.
