Zapp is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for Produce & Fresh to own quality standards across the supply chain, from supplier to distribution centres. This role requires hands-on field work in FCs and DCs, plus building relationships with suppliers to prevent issues before they reach customers.
You will partner with Category Management and Supply Chain to ensure quality informs forecasting and procurement, while staying relentlessly customer-focused in every inspection and interaction.
