Senior Strategy & Operations Manager - Zapp+Location: Nine Elms, London - Full-timeWe are looking for a highly driven and passionate Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to manage the Zapp+ loyalty subscription program. You will be at the heart of a key growth vector for the business.You will report into the Director, Strategy & Business Operations and will take ownership of the overall Zapp+ subscription program design, performance and operating rhythm. Zapp partners with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver an exclusive range of hand-picked products 24/7, delivered in minutes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall design and performance of the Zapp+ subscription program.Review current program mechanics and performance and propose the next evolution of the program to scale 10x.Develop a long term financial model to sustainably scale the program.Build a partnership strategy to unlock greater scale with favorable economics.Analyse member behavior and overall subscription health weekly using leading indicators like frequency, experience and savings rate.Build business case for Zapp+ feature and capability prioritisation within the Product roadmap.Partner with the internal CRM team to continuously optimise Zapp+ lifecycle interventions.Manage the internal weekly business reviews for Zapp+ with the Director, Strategy & Business Operations.Strong evidence of consumer acumen and business judgement.Effective communication, relationship building and partnership skills.Private Health Insurance (Bupa)Zapp Credit for testing the Zapp service and experienceExtended sick pay and maternity/paternity leave pay.25 days annual leave, excluding UK Bank HolidaysCycle to work scheme.Healthy lunch provided 4 days of a week at HQIf you are a hands-on leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional mobile experiences, we encourage you to apply!
