You will shape that entire experience, working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ship features that are fast, intuitive, and loved. You will go beyond feature delivery, obsessing over every moment of the customer journey - from the first app open, to the order arriving at the door and using data, insight, and experimentation to make each one better. Translate deep customer understanding and operational data into high-performing, intuitive consumer mobile (iOS) features that delight users and drive measurable business outcomes. Drive development of key iOS capabilities such as push notifications, Apple Pay, personalised recommendations, real-time location tracking, and loyalty mechanics. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. Stay current on iOS platform updates, consumer behaviour trends, and best-in-class mobile UX to keep the app competitive and best-in-class. Requirements5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on building and scaling consumer mobile apps (iOS preferred).Mixpanel, Amplitude) to monitor and optimise app performance. A strong grasp of mobile performance, reliability, and responsiveness, especially in high-stakes, time-sensitive use cases (e.g., - Competitive salary & equity package.
