As part of our vision, we are growing our in-house creative function and looking for a mid-level Graphic/Brand Designer to help bring our vision to life across campaigns, social media, product photography and brand systems. You'll work closely with the Brand and Creative Director.
About Zapp:
Zapp is London’s leading premium convenience retail platform. Founded in 2020, our vision is to disrupt the multi-trillion dollar convenience retail market by developing best-in-class customer-centric technology and fulfilment solutions. Zapp partners with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver an exclusive range of hand-picked products 24/7, delivered in minutes.
This is a hands-on design role inside a fast-moving, founder-led brand: you'll see your work on the street, in the app and in people's kitchens within weeks, not quarters.
What you'll be doing:
- Design campaign assets end to end: OOH formats, social creative, in-app placements and CRM assets, working within Zapp's brand system.
- Build and maintain visual consistency across a growing library of product still-life and lifestyle photography, including AI-generated content briefs and outputs.
- Adapt master campaign concepts across formats and channels, from 6-sheets and billboards through to Meta and TikTok.
- Support brand system work: templates, guidelines, packaging and courier uniform.
- Collaborate with external production partners and photographers on shoots and test briefs.
- Prepare artwork to print and OOH-ready specs, working to tight production timelines.
- Contribute ideas in the room, not just execution: this is a role with a real voice in how the brand looks and feels.
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years' experience as a graphic or brand designer, ideally with agency or in-house brand experience.
- A strong, versatile portfolio spanning campaign, OOH and social work, not just single-format execution.
- Comfortable working across Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience working with or curiosity about AI image generation tools (Nano Banana Pro or similar) as part of a production pipeline.
- Organised and deadline-driven: comfortable working backwards from a hard print or launch date.
- A collaborative approach: this role sits close to the Creative Director, production partners and senior stakeholders, so clear communication matters as much as design skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary.
- Enjoy 25 days of holiday per year (plus all bank holidays).
- Private Health Insurance.
- Extended sick pay and maternity/paternity leave pay.
- Cycle to work scheme.
- Flexible/hybrid working arrangement.
