As the Director, Founder’s Office, you will serve as the strategic and creative right‑hand to the Founder. Your mission is to translate the Founder’s vision into a world‑class brand identity and market‑leading presence. Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the Founder’s vision into enterprise‑wide brand and marketing initiatives, ensuring the "Zapp Story" is consistently told across all touchpoints.
  • Work with agencies to craft and manage compelling, narrative‑driven assets across all formats, making our brand, position and story resonate with our target audiences.
  • Partner with the Founder to identify white‑space opportunities and lead high‑impact marketing bets, premium brand collaborations and innovative expansion strategies.
  • Act as the connective tissue between the Founder, Marketing, Commercial and Product teams, ensuring operational and commercial decisions align with our premium brand promise.
  • Own the delivery of the Founder’s most ambitious creative projects – from flagship pop‑ups to high‑profile brand takeovers or new category launches.
  • Serve as a creative sounding board and strategic filter for the Founder, protecting their time while embedding their creative DNA in the company’s daily output.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative agency leadership, VC/PE with a consumer focus, or senior roles within high‑growth, brand‑led scale‑ups.
  • Deep understanding of Zapp and what makes a premium lifestyle brand tick, with a strong grasp of the "how" and "why" behind the brand.
